A powerful variable speed bench lathe in a compact size suitable for use at the workbench.  The BL Bench Lathe is identical to the discontinued BL-1 Model, except that is has a larger 5/16" diameter motor shaft instead of a 1/4", requiring different spindles and mandrels.  Its permanent magnet motor is quiet and smooth running with all the power and speed required for a variety of jobs.  Comes with the TM-5 (left hand) and TM-6 (right hand) tapered spindles for holding buffs and wheels up to 4" in diameter.  Other precision machined accessories available separately.
