XL Diamond Wheels

The Johnson Brothers named these wheels "XL" because they excel in performance and life. In tests, the XL Diamond Wheels really stood up to hard grinding materials. Fine grits did an excellent job of preparing gems for final polishing. Through all the rugged testing, a very long and useful life was proven. Most testing was done on Brazilian agate. The quality of XL Diamond Wheels has been further demonstrated by the many repeat orders we have received.

Many years of experience producing Pro-Slicer diamond blades went into the design of these XL wheels. We start with closely graded man made diamond, so you move from step to step much faster and easier. It costs us a little more, but you get a superior product. By positioning the maximum amount of diamond on the grinding surface, you can utilize their full cutting ability. Then we apply our super nickel bond. This tough bond is applied directly on the steel rim, not over copper as some brands do. All this goes on a seamless steel rim with a precision rigid glass filled nylon hub.
